Information We Collect
BuzzFlow stores company account details, admin email addresses, staff names, staff roles, clock-in and clock-out records, location coordinates submitted during attendance checks, and billing status from Stripe.
How We Use Information
We use account data to provide access to the app, attendance data to show records to the customer, location data to check whether staff are within the allowed work area, and billing data to manage memberships.
Location Data
Location is requested only when a staff member attempts to clock in or out. The app compares the submitted position with the configured workplace radius and stores the attendance record for the customer.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. BuzzFlow does not store card numbers. Stripe may store payment details, invoices, and customer billing information according to Stripe's own terms.

Customers can request support, corrections, or deletion by using the contact page.
