Service
BuzzFlow provides QR clock-in, clock-out, location checks, staff lists, attendance records, account management, and billing tools for workplace attendance tracking.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for configuring their workplace location accurately, telling staff how location checks are used, keeping account credentials secure, and complying with employment and privacy laws that apply to their business.
Memberships and Payment
Paid memberships are billed through Stripe. Access to workspace features may be limited if a subscription is cancelled, unpaid, or past due. Billing details, invoices, and cancellations are managed through the customer billing portal.
Data
Customers own the staff and attendance data entered into their workspace. BuzzFlow stores this data to provide the service and to support account management.
