Trial
Customers may test BuzzFlow on a trial workspace before choosing a paid membership.
Paid Memberships
Subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe unless cancelled. Customers can manage or cancel billing from the Account page inside the app.
Refund Requests
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If a billing mistake happens, contact support with the company name, admin email, invoice date, and reason for the request.
